The Sharp XE-A42S Cash Register is a reliable, secure cash management system equipped with a Microban antimicrobial keytops making it an ideal cash management solution for all hospitality and retail business environments requiring advanced operational and management functionality. The Sharp XE-A42S comes equipped with a built-in dual roll, two stations high-speed thermal receipt printer (receipt for customer and receipt journal for the operator).

The Sharp XE-A42S features an advanced sales/ transactions reporting system, designed for use with QuickBooks Pro, PC Link Software (USB / SD card slot - 2GB) (SD cards optional) for computer connectivity that provides programming, data back-up, and reporting, 2 large displays (operator display is an alpha-numeric and numeric display for the customer), 7000 price look-ups (PLU's), 99 departments, and 40 clerk ID. 

XE-A42S includes a graphic logo generator that can be easily customized, providing high-quality logos and graphic prints on receipts, drop-in register tape for fast and quiet operation. 

The Sharp XE-A42S has an Automatic tax system with up to four tax tables of four add-ons. This Sharp cash register comes with a Locking cash drawer that includes bill and coin slots/compartments for easy cash organization. Back-up battery power secures data if power is lost (batteries not included). Uses 2 1/4" thermal paper (sold separately).
