It has an upgradeable 8MB memory that stores up to 600 pages and up to four days of battery-powered back-up to help protect faxes stored in memory in the event of a power outage. This fax machine is capable of receiving fax and voice calls on the same telephone line which eliminates the need for separate phone lines.
