Dusting: Dust can get in between the parts of your typewriter and cause it to not function correctly. Regularly dust your typewrite to keep it in perfect working order.
Storage: Make sure to store your typewriter where it will not be exposed to extensive dust or sunlight.
Lubricant: These typewriters do NOT need lubrication. Over oiling your typewriter can actually reduce the life of the product.
Bent or Broken Parts: Many small parts that work together in this machine. If your typewriter is not functioning properly, take off the metal housing and check for any bent parts that may be inhibiting your typewriter.
